The NMC Proceedings Library includes papers presented at the NMC: The Global Milk Quality Organization Annual Meetings and Regional Meetings since 1960.
The library also includes papers from the 2nd and 3rd International Symposium on Mastitis and Milk Quality, held in September 2001, and September 2011. The symposia were co-sponsored by the NMC: The Global Milk Quality Organization and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners.

The NMC: The Global Milk Quality Organization is a not-for-profit professional organization devoted to reducing mastitis and enhancing milk quality. The NMC promotes research and provides information to the dairy industry on udder health, milking management, milk quality, and milk safety. Founded in 1961, NMC now has about 1,100 members in more than 40 countries throughout the world. NMC membership is open to anyone with an interest in udder health, milking management, and milk quality. The NMC is headquartered in Minnesota.
